A newborn baby has been rescued after being found tightly wrapped and placed inside a sack near a public dustbin somewhere in Nigeria. According to reports, the infant had been double-folded and covered with multiple wrappers, making it difficult to hear the baby’s cries. Fortunately, the baby managed to cry out from beneath the layers, drawing attention and leading to a timely rescue. The infant has since been taken to a medical centre where health professionals are providing the necessary care and treatment. The circumstances surrounding the abandonment suggest the act may have been intended to harm the baby. #ghanaweb #ghanawebtv
