90s Zimbabwe trivia: Most of us remember the crying girl in Albert Nyathi’s Senzeni Na? and assumed she was the singer. Every Zimbabwean who watched that song on Ezomgido cried. Anyone saying “not me” is a liar. Not even a small liar, a full-time, overtime, pensionable liar 😂😂 Turns out the girl in the video was Sasani NaThami. The original voice was reportedly Prudence Katomeni, who missed the shoot because she was writing O-Levels. Zimbabwe had plot twists before social media 😭🇿🇼
