Remember during covid when Trump talked about hitting the body with light to help fight off the infection? And the media attacked him endlessly? Welp... Recent studies have confirmed that incandescent lights are better for your health than using LED bulbs. The long light wavelengths in incandescents can increase your metabolism and charge your mitochondria. LED bulbs on the other hand are “causing disruptions in mitochondrial function.” Mitochondria functions better, and increases ATP production, metabolism increases in the presence of red light, long wavelength light to the skin and absorption inside the body. Under Barack Obama there was a push to get rid of all incandescent lights replacing with "energy effecient" LEDs. This was also pushed in the media to become more "green" in our households to help the "enviroment " Were they trying to effect our health instead? When Trump calls Mainstream Media "The Enemy of the People" he was spot on...
