I’ve been fasting for the last year and this just hit me 🤷🏾♂️ If you travel like I do. You should consider trying to fast. Don’t get discouraged if you can’t stick to it right away. I failed for 2yrs prior to being able to do it. But once I locked in. I can do it anytime I want. You can too 💪🏾

If 4yrs of being a biohacking guinea pig led me to this day. I’d do it 10X over. After 15yrs of being told I needed rotator cuff surgery, the pain is gone through this unexpected procedure. No surgery. @drjgandhi changed everything: He never promised to fix my shoulder. He simply showed me what was happening in my body by examining my teeth. What he removed from my jaw—metal, toxins, hidden issues—was shocking. The result was immediate. That’s not a claim. That’s a FACT from me and me alone. Before the procedure, I did acoustic therapy at @protocal4. After the procedure I did the same exact therapy w 3X the pressure. I’ll let the video speak for itself. Then the additional data came back from the lab on what he pulled out of me. And I was shocked I found out that I have a strain of Lyme disease in my jaw. I’ve been tested for Lyme 5X and it was never found. Also a rare parasite and heavy bacterial load, all found in my jaw. Now I can target exactly what’s in my system to kill. Before this, I would’ve been treating symptoms while the root cause remained. This wasn’t just a procedure, it was a wake-up call. We need more professionals willing to challenge outdated thinking and look at the body as a connected system. If you’re not getting answers, start asking different questions. A highlight of my career is that the only brand MJ was ever publicly spotted in was @fubu Not only did we dress him, but I was fortunate enough to spend time with him privately. I recently shared one of those moments on Jimmy Kimmel Live As we all take a trip down memory lane with the MJ movie, it warms my heart knowing I had the privilege of being around such an icon. The MJ movie is proof that even in a flooded content world. Great Product is King! Or the King of pop done right is a great product. Either way I enjoyed the MJ movie walk down memory lane so much. I think I need to see the movie again. In the meantime. I got fired… and it changed everything. I was working with the Kardashians early on, helping build and position things behind the scenes. Then I got a call about this new show Shark Tank. At the time, I wasn’t sure. Didn’t know if it made sense. Was still focused on what I was building with them. Then I get another call… “You don’t fit our direction. You’re fired.” Simple as that. What I didn’t realize in that moment? That decision forced me to step into something bigger. I was now available… and that same opportunity I was unsure about became one of the biggest platforms of my life. Sometimes people will remove you from a situation because they don’t see your value there. That doesn’t mean you don’t have value. It means you’re meant to apply it somewhere else. Don’t fight every door that closes. Pay attention to the ones opening right after. Are you holding onto something that’s already letting you go?

FUBU didn’t distribute billions worth of product because it had the most cutting-edge designs. It grew because of brand identity, and more importantly… licensing, licensing, licensing! We licensed everything: Boots. Bags. Women’s. Entire territories- Europe, Asia. Even retail operations. And when I look back at my most successful companies from Shark Tank, I see the same pattern: Bombas- licensing with brands like Sesame Street, Peanuts, and Wicked. Sun Staches- built a massive business through licensing collaborations. This is what I coach my CEOs every day. Licensing is the ultimate OPM. Here’s how to think about it: If you’re taking in a license- You’re tapping into a globally recognized brand. They’ve already done the marketing. You don’t need to spend millions on awareness. If you’re putting out a license- Someone else is doing the heavy lifting: Manufacturing. Distribution. Marketing. Staffing. Licensing is one of the most misunderstood, and most powerful wealth-building strategies in business.

Today we lay to rest a true architect of change. No matter your color, race, creed, religion, or background. It took courage to be Rev Jesse Jackson Sr. And I can only be who I am today because of the risk that he took. He was vocal when it was dangerous. He stood firm when his life and his family’s safety were at risk. You don’t have to agree with everything someone said to respect the courage they showed in saying it. He brought people of all backgrounds together through the Rainbow Coalition to push for empowerment and opportunity. That kind of conviction deserves respect. May he rest in peace. If you want your life to change, start by changing what you feed your mind. I read my goals every single night before I sleep and every single morning when I wake up. Six of them expire every six months. The rest stretch out over two, five, ten, even twenty years. I set them high on purpose- goals that scare me, goals I almost never hit. Because that's how you grow. Science shows most of what we dream about is either what we fear or what we hope will happen. When I wake up, I read them again so I take one action that moves me closer.
