(A leadership lesson from Buddha — and a little boy) A teacher once asked her class, “Do you have any questions?” One small boy stood up: “What is the weight of the Earth?” She didn’t know. So she stalled: “Great question! Everyone find the answer by tomorrow. There’s a prize.” That night, she searched libraries and books — obsessively. Next morning, she stood proud with her answer. But the boy raised his hand again: “With people… or without?” That… changed everything. This is not just a cute story. It is a mirror for how we lead, learn, and live. The teacher searched. But the child… saw. This is where awakened leaders — like Buddha — differ from conditioned minds. Buddha doesn’t think his way to answers. He sees. With clarity. With presence. He is not a searcher. He is a torch.
