Alright so I figured out how to mod Pokemon Legends ZA and managed to turn ALL perma-flying Pokemon into hybrids that use both grounded and flying animations. AND ALL OF THEM HAVE GROUNDED ATTACK SETS INGAME

Slowpoke's tail has a very tasty flavor that lures other Pokemon, but at times a Shellder might bite into it and not let go, forcing the Slowpoke to evolve into Slowbro
