WFH? More WTF is going on in this house 🫠 lol Welcome to the least productive WFH day on record. On Wednesdays, James has his entire team over for serious meetings. Meanwhile I had far more pressing things on the agenda: ✅ Workout in an illegal amount of faux fur ✅ Blozza refresh (DIY skills questionable, confidence unmatched) ✅ Distracting my husband mid meeting Anyway, both operations survived the day. 10/10 would WFH again xx

I can’t quite believe I’m saying this… but this is all my real hair. A year ago it was thin, breaking, and completely reliant on extensions. I wouldn’t go anywhere without them… not even my wedding, which probably says everything. At some point I remember thinking… what is this actually doing to my hair long term? So I stripped everything back and started again. I don’t have loads of “before” photos because I was so self-conscious of how bad it had got!! I also don’t think I ever imagined it would get better… so I never thought I’d want anything to compare it to. And now… this is all mine. Which still feels slightly surreal to say. I genuinely didn’t think I’d get it back to this. If your hair is currently hanging on for dear life… there is a way back. My full Paris itinerary!! Save this for your first solo trip or send it to a friend who needs a nudge 🫡 a trip I’ll never forget... 🚂 Eurostar from St Pancras to Paris (honestly the easiest part) 🏨 Checked into The Ritz (a MASSIVE treat) 🚶🏼♀️ Strolled past the Elysée Palace (didn’t actually realise until I rewatched this back, hence the confusion on my face lol) 🛍️ Shopped at DM Market and Maison Caillau (both non negotiable visits) 💆🏼♀️ Back to the hotel for a massage 🍽️ Dinner at Espadon (book in hand for emotional support, highly recommend this tactic) 💇🏼♀️ Blow dry at The Ritz salon (genuinely the best blow dry of my life!!!) 🌿 Morning stroll through Tuileries Garden 🥐 Brunch round one: Truffes Folies 🥪 Brunch round two: Le Moulin De La Vierge (the toastie speaks for itself, I have no regrets) 🚂 Eurostar home just in time for supper with James Also a reminder: you are so much more capable on your own than you think. This trip reminded me of that, and I hope it does the same for you 🤍 📍Drop your suggestions below… where should I go next? Starting to think I might be getting a taste for this.

Brides of 2026, read this before anything!! 👰🏼♀️ I’ve been married a whole year now (how?!) and there are a few things I really wish someone had said to me… You do not need to make everyone happy. It’s your wedding, not theirs! If you want to do your own makeup… do it. I did mine and having that quiet moment to myself in the morning was honestly so special. The best part of our entire day. James and I escaping for ten minutes to sit in the car together. Just us. That reset was everything. Practical tip no one tells you: don’t wear straps in the morning. Just trust me. Please don’t obsess over what it looked like. Obsess over how it felt. That feeling is the bit that lasts. 2026 brides… what are you absolutely not compromising on? 💍

This has been playing on my mind lately… and I’m curious if anyone else feels the same? Friendships in my 30s feel so different to how they did in my 20s. It’s more… Yoga, walk and meaningful conversation instead of trying to shout over each other in a packed restaurant. Prioritising nights in with family over back to back plans (you’d be lucky to get me out past 7pm these days lol)🫠. Some friendships just didn’t come with me into my 30s. And that used to make me feel SO guilty, but now… I’ve made peace with it. Friendship in your 30s isn’t about being in touch 24/7, it’s about feeling safe, seen, and supported. Basically - if it’s not deep, I’m not interested 🫡 Curious… has anyone else felt this in their 30s too? Or had the total opposite experience? Would love to know x

I read… A LOT 🙃 I treat books as my little escape, I don’t watch TV, so whenever I get a quiet moment, you’ll usually find me with a book in hand. A little reading rule I swear by! If a book hasn’t hooked you by chapter four, ditch it. Life’s too short and there are too many amazing books out there. You definitely don’t need to be a big reader to enjoy these!! Some are quick, some are cosy, some you’ll think about for weeks. I’ve just whizzed through them because I’m a fast and slightly obsessive… (borderline unwell) reader. I asked ChatGPT to work out how many words I’ve read this month, and I nearly fell off my chair. Maybe I need to get out more 🤣. I’d love to know, have you read any of these? Or is there a book you swear I need to add to my list?
