🚨Spin-off on the classic W Drill🚨 • Begins w/ a smooth pedal or shuffle, & efficient plant/drive downhill to cone • Work a crossover run, as if the WR has broken cushion • A "WR" releases as a visual key, CB gets eyes to hip, to work on reacting at a 45°/90° based on WR
