I've seen (perfectly legit) criticism of #DoctorWho 'Boom' asking why The 15th Doctor just ends the immediate conflict and doesn't also go on to dismantle Villengard's systems since they are the real villains of the story. Because he already did.

Editing my next big video which talks about the Bad Wolf era as a whole, but it's worth pointing out that while 'The Reality War' is a significant improvement over 'Empire of Death'...RTD just wrote the same finale twice in a row and it's pretty shameless.

R.I.P. Anthony Head. Such a brilliant, one-off villain as Mr Finch in 'Doctor Who: School Reunion', somehow managing to stand-out in an episode with so much already going for it. His pre-battle confrontation with the Doctor is so well staged and acted. What a gifted individual.

This clip reminded me that one of, if not THE best scene of Classic 'Doctor Who' was Hartnell's lonely monologue in the TARDIS at the end of 'The Massacre'

Dwtwt: Oh, the ending of TWBTLATS was so beautiful, because Barclay and Salt get to swim together now and they're so in love! TWBTLATS: Literally 10 minutes earlier we established that they're going to their certain death in "hunting grounds".

The use of "poisoned chalice" worries me... because I literally used that phrase when 'The Reality War' broadcast (clip below for context). Who in their right mind would want to play the Doctor or the Companion now under this current Bad Wolf regime?
