1. Rage Run Cut lets you link 2A after, but at that point, you can only continue it into QCB A or a super. 2. The only time I feel that it's truly worth it to brake a Lvl2 is if you use it as a launcher XD That's better scaling than my last combo #COTW #COTW_Rock
