The hose pipe ban is only for taxpayers, pensioners, etc. While those on benefits etc who already get reduced chargers that taxpayers pay for. Can use a hose to water the garden, wash the car, and so on. Should I leave my kitchen tap on as long as this two-tier water policy continue? 🤔
