Relationships are critical in terms of solving conflicts like this. If you don't have relationships with both sides, then you probably have very little chance of getting to a peaceful resolution.

😵💫 Putin's "justice": A pensioner in St. Petersburg was fined for wearing a "Peace to Ukraine" badge. 78-year-old Mikhail Pushnitsky was detained at Levashovskoye Cemetery, where a flower-laying ceremony was taking place for the Day of Remembrance for the Victims of Political Repression. The reason was his blue and yellow badge. Pushnitsky was ultimately found guilty of "discrediting" the army and fined 30,000 rubles. The pensioner refused a lawyer, believing it "wouldn't have helped anyway." Incidentally, Mikhail Pushnitsky refused to remove the badge, saying that everyone has the right to express their opinions nonviolently.

🤬 Kindergartens in temporarily occupied Mariupol celebrate the so-called “Defender of the Fatherland Day.” Children are dressed in military uniforms, and members of the “SVO” are invited to the events — the same military who destroyed the city and were involved in the deaths of civilians. Previously, kindergartens and schools in the occupied territories also held the “Soldier’s Parcel” campaign. Children were forced to prepare “gifts” and write words of gratitude to the Russian military.
