🚨 THIS IS WHY!! Meet Afande Abdallah Tusiime, the Kampala traffic officer who's stolen the hearts of Ugandans. His love story with the public began in October 2024 when a video went viral showing him standing firm in a heavy downpour at the Mawanda Road junction, calmly directing traffic without seeking shelter. While others ran for cover, Afande Tusiime stayed committed to his duty, proving his dedication come rain or shine. That single act of passion turned him into a household name. Since then, his consistency, warm smile, and genuine love for his job have won him widespread admiration, from ordinary motorists to Parliament and even high-profile recognitions like a sponsored Hajj trip and educational support for his child.
