29 years ago, Damon Hill did the impossible with the beautiful Arrows A18, he qualified her on P3! During the race Hill was to win the race 3laps before the finish a hydraulic pump jammed and he had to race stuck in 3rd gear. Eventually finishing 2nd. #F1 #RetroF1

43 years ago at Las Vegas. Niki Lauda and Andrea de Cesaris are battling each other during the Caesars Palace Grand Prix. Lauda would eventually retire due to his engine, while Andrea finished as 12th. Love to see that Alfa Romeo and McLaren had almost identical liveries. #F1
