![Wow! Staz’s live painting of Taehyung’s mural at Ladies Taco turned into such a warm and heartfelt community celebration as the neighbourhood crowd gathered to watch it come to life. Complete with special seating, refreshments, music and speeches. [STAZgraffiti]: “May the wish contained in the painting lead to the footsteps of more people. At first, this place was piled up with trash. The owner of Ladies Taco wanted to turn this space into a resting place where elderly people can comfortably take a break, and a cultural space where young people can freely busk and pursue their dreams. With that single heartfelt intention, he started the change by cleaning it himself. Meanwhile, he reached out to me. After hearing the story, I said, “If that’s the purpose, of course I should join,” and decided to donate my talent. While painting the mural, we received far more interest than expected, and eventually the small project grew into a festival. The representative of Maison Guillaume and Theo (who appeared on Netflix’s Super Rich) joined us and brightened the occasion, and a busking performance was also held. It was a day where we shared delicious food, listened to music, appreciated the mural, and elderly people and young people could laugh together. A small change that began in one person’s heart brought people together. He’s simply having a real conversation, the way people do when they genuinely meet and connect. It’s clear how much he’s been studying and improving, one step at a time.
