WATCH: Mollie on how liberal Supreme Court justices are turning to *shocking* tactics all because they are not getting what they want from the Court: “I have a new book out today, 'Alito,' which tells the behind-the-scenes story of what happened with the Dobbs leak. You are correct that we have seen this increase in bad relationships between the justices or problems with leaks. And the court really does need to operate without leaks so that they can get their work done. Justices throughout the history of the court have said how important it is that they can work without fear of this type of public discussion of the topics. It is an attempt to go after the court and to achieve results that people are not able to achieve through normal court procedures. That’s what we saw with the Dobbs leak, where in my book I showed the liberal justices actually delayed their dissent in the Dobbs decision after the leak intentionally, even though their colleagues were facing death threats, and we even had an assassination threat at Kavanaugh, and it’s what you see with the most recent leak from the New York Times — the liberal justices are not happy with what they are getting, they are not winning on the strength of their arguments, so you are seeing more and more of these politicized leaks.”

When he talks about how what he’s seen with President Trump’s thumb on the scale is the worst he’s ever seen before, the edit 60 Minutes did to Kamala Harris’s interview was one of the most jarring, shocking things I’ve seen in my entire career working in media. The fact that Scott Pelley did not have any issues with that is so damning, because they changed her answers, they cut out her word salads. To me, this highlights the fact that he is not a good faith actor.”

The Daily Caller did a really great job breaking down the process of how the New York Times found incredibly shocking information and then proceeded to find different ways to bury it in a story. When you read that New York Times story, you would think their biggest objective was to bury the most troubling parts of this in between a lot of political conversation. They wanted to spend more time in that story giving you reason to doubt Lyndsey Fifield, who is a very good friend and also a very credible witness in this story. They wanted to spend more time giving people reason to doubt it, and that's what Graham Platner's team has done. They used the breadth of this story to say, 'She is a Republican operative. You shouldn't believe her.' The challenge is that there are now two or three more major outlets working on the story, trying to fill in the gaps that the New York Times left out in its effort to sort of cover for Graham Platner when it did this soft catch-and-kill play for him."
