Happy Year 10 Year Anniversary to the #InvictusGames Orlando 2016! This was a truly historic Invictus Games that set the blueprint for the Games we know and love today. What was once thought to be a one off event in London quickly became something far greater, continuing in Orlando and growing into a global movement that has continued to support wounded, injured and sick service personnel and veterans ever since. 💛 🖤

A special message from the Duke of Sussex, Patron and Founder of the Invictus Games Foundation, to everyone who took part in the recent Invictus Germany Sports Festival. The Sports Festival brought together more than 100 wounded, injured and sick service personnel and veterans from 12 nations and was a powerful demonstration of the power of sport, connection and the Invictus Spirit. We were delighted to see every competitor and their friends and family continue their journey of healing.

A special message from Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, Patron of the Invictus Games Foundation, for Scott Meenagh ahead of the #MilanoCortina2026 Paralympic Games. Scott represented the UK at the inaugural Invictus Games London 2014, and went on to compete again at Orlando 2016 and Toronto 2017. Last night, he had the honour of being selected as Team GB’s flag bearer at the Opening Ceremony. We’re wishing Scott the very best as he begins his Paralympic journey. The Invictus Games Birmingham 2027 Flag has landed back in the United Kingdom by jet pack. 🚀 In one of the most remarkable moments of the Full Circle Expedition, the #IG27 Flag was flown from ship to shore by Gravity Industries as two tall ships carrying wounded, injured and sick service personnel and veterans completed their 2,000 nautical mile journey around the United Kingdom. After 12 weeks at sea and visits to 22 ports, it was a fitting finale to an extraordinary expedition and a reminder of the power of the Invictus Spirit to inspire and bring communities together.

The #InvictusGames gave Rachel Kerrigan a reason to believe in herself again. After leaving the Armed Forces, Rachel was facing significant challenges. She was struggling with her mental health, recovering from a suicide attempt, living with cancer and felt unable to be the parent she wanted to be. When her daughter encouraged her to compete at the Invictus Games, Rachel took a step that would change the direction of her life. Through the Games, she found a renewed sense of purpose and began her recovery journey. Today, she is thriving and using her experience to encourage others who may be facing their own difficult road ahead.
