Did manage to slightly improve Fraux to an over 500 million character without link attack glitch abuse (the glitch does help me a tiny bit on the second link attack but I wasn't intentionally going for it to instantly fill gauges) Build is impractical focusing purely on damage.

Eustace Lightning Soldier 600 Million. Not a practical build and still missing some skill cap up. I've heard perfectionist is apparently better but I haven't seen anything higher as of now but I can believe the perfect dodge giving stacks would be beneficial in an actual fight.
