This is what the governor was there for; to threaten the people for not reporting, exposing, fighting, or chasing gun-wielding bandits. This is to tell you the governor is not even adequately informed on the extent these terrorists operate. How can he blame the people? How?

Dear Sir, Dikko Umaru Radda, Ph.D. CON. 1. Do you know that a doctor working in Katsina earns far less than a doctor working in some states like Zamfara, with almost a N150k difference? 2. Do you know that Katsina State still pays health workers a hazard allowance of five thousand naira (N5k) per month? 3. A house officer in Katsina is paid less than N200k per month compared to other places that pay more than N250k? All these, sir, are as a result of the Katsina State Government not implementing the full CONMESS salary structure for medical doctors. So, before we accuse doctors of being unpatriotic, I think the better approach is to look at how doctors and other health care professionals are being treated in Katsina. Treat them well, and see how they respond in kind.

I don’t understand how a PhD holder can be so obsessed with discrediting a system of education and honest government employment. All of us cannot be business owners. Not all business owners are successful. All fingers are not equal. It’s worrisome coming out from a leader.
