Today, I encountered a concerning incident while conducting an interview at Lal Chowk. A policeman asked me to stop filming without asking about my purpose or organization, insisting I shouldn't shoot near the Ghanta Ghar. Only after I inquired about the correct permissions & who should i meet in this regard, they allowed me to continue. This incident left my guest apprehensive, she got scared. It's troubling that while Bollywood movies can shoot freely, journalists face such hurdles. This selective enforcement undermines press freedom.
