This is as a result of Marginalization wallahi. Imagine Building SEVEN massive dams for irrigation, fishing and hydropower before the River reaches entry to NFD at Tula wells in Isiolo, Garissa Town, Tana River County to Lamu County. What we (the hosting community of Majority of the river) get back in return? FLOODS caused by opening the gates of their dams downstream once they have enough water for the Year! Such historical marginalization by Jomo Kenyatta needs to be addressed.
