I fully understand Cat Matlala. He is just not simplifying the process for the Commission. So, he and Hangwani Maumela put R1 million into a suppliers’ account and use it as "credit". Each time they purchase supplies, they are informed of how much credit remains. So if they purchase R200K worth of stock, then R800K remains until a next purchase. They then supply a hospital, and the hospital pays them for the services. Whatever is payed by the Hospital, goes to Cat Matlala's bank account, Hangwani Maumela gets 10% profit 💁🏾♂️ #MadlangaCommission
