This is so interesting to me. In saitama's dream, he's thrilled to fight, and so the scene is animated with a lot of fluidity. In Garou's case, he's very hurt, so the scene is animated in a janky way.

These cuts should be his genga (at least first and last cuts), rest LO. Similar tempo to his work in cosmic princess kaguya (putting them side by side like this the disparity in compositing is quite amusing).
