This deserved a post. Cyclone Fengal over Tiruvannamalai. (Dec 1st, 2024) 36hrs and counting. Nonstop rain (not even a few seconds of break). Wells are overflowing. Roads are rivers. There is a moment in the video where I go walking to film the school gate, which is pushed open by the immense force of the road-river exactly when I face the gate - was lucky to get the shot. Tiruvannamalai has never seen this kind of a torrential downpour. One of those surreal thrilling moments where you feel so minuscule 🙏🏾 Stay safe everyone. #fengal #cyclone #nature #tiruvannamalai
