The funniest thing about flashing old phones is that back in the day you usually paid for a €500 proprietary box, while all you actually often needed was: an USB cable that came with the phone, spare USB socket, some wires and an USB UART dongle Not applicable to all cases but still funny

The HDR tools I've seen that people made are so bad, that I've finally got the motivation and decided to go down the rabbit hole and make my own one. It actually implements the PQ/HLG scaling, and sRGB -> BT.2100 color space conversation - unlike most tools that simply apply a color profile and call it a day.
