There is pure desperation in the voices of Karmelo Anthony's parents. I think they may be more concerned about the GiveSendGo $$ drying up. But it is insulting what these parents said in this interview: 👉 Karmelo is not a murderer (He is now) 👉 Karmelo didn't plan to hurt that kid (He sure did) 👉 Jury had their minds made up before the trial 👉 Every witness lied on the stand (Yeah, right... 🤦♂️) 👉 A black man cannot get a fair trial like a white man in Texas They are living in a world of race baiting, victimhood obsession and now fear that the GiveSendGo $$ are gone - just like their son, the murder. And they both are gone. With these crazy ass claims, they will likely not get an appeal heard. I cannot believe their lawyer let the go up and say this crazy ass stuff.

This Day in United States History 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 On July 13, 1993, major U.S. newspaper headlines included: THE MIDWEST FLOODING: On the Des Moines; Flood Damage Immobilizes Des Moines - with the New York Times reporting: Des Moines, July 12 -- Under brilliant skies that mocked the misery below, Iowa's capital city was immobilized for a second day today as most businesses shut down and residents struggled without running water after floods engulfed the city's water-filtering system over the weekend. Most city agencies were shuttered, the Polk County Courthouse was closed and hospitals were refusing all but emergency patients. The fire department operated with an emergency supply of tank water that city officials acknowledged would not be enough to fight a serious fire. At the urging of city officials and business owners, most office workers stayed home because sprinkler and security systems were not working in downtown office buildings and the city did not have enough water to protect them in case of fire. What were the aftermaths of the 1993 floods? 👉 50 lives were lost in the 1993 Great Midwest Flood 👉 Over 1,000 levees failed or were overtopped. 👉 Barge traffic on the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers halted for nearly two months. 👉 Bridges, roads, and railroads were washed out or inaccessible across a wide area. 👉 Water supplies were disrupted (e.g., Des Moines lost its water treatment plant). The 1993 flood was a wake-up call. It killed dozens, caused tens of billions in damage, and displaced tens of thousands — but its most enduring effects were policy shifts toward smarter floodplain management, property buyouts, wetland restoration, and a recognition that simply building more levees isn’t always the best long-term solution. (Living in St. Louis, during these historic floods, I remember them very well. I actually volunteered, on sandbag duty, across the Mississippi River, in Alton, IL. It was the most backbreaking work I have ever done - but very rewarding.) Immigration and Invasion are not the same! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 (Watch, or at least listen to this video. It compliments my post!) My family came to this beautiful land before it was the United States. 🇺🇸 I have charted my ancestry back to the Plymouth Colony ship, Fortune. This was the second ship to arrive in New England - immediately after the Mayflower. These ancestors were on my maternal grandmother's side of my family - and were Cunninghams. They had immigrated first to Ireland, from Scotland, before coming to the New World, in 1621. We are Scots-Irish. 🏴🇮🇪 But when they came here, they were Americans! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 My ancestors risked their lives crossing the North Atlantic, for nothing more than an opportunity (there were no free handouts back then) - an opportunity to have a better life - as John Doyle sings so beautifully, in his song, Liberty's Sweet Shore: "Sailing to liberty’s sweet shore Sailing to liberty’s sweet shore We left all we know, to this new life we’ll go Sailing to liberty’s sweet shore..." While the mode of transportation has changed over 400 years, proper immigration has not. Immigrants come through the "front door," assimilate into their new home country, work hard to create opportunities for themselves and become citizens of the United States of America 🇺🇸 - choosing to love their new flag and take part in their civic duties - including voting legally. 🇺🇸 What my ancestors didn't do: 👉 Swarm into the country like a plague 👉 Receive free government handouts 👉 Refuse to assimilate 👉 Insult the citizens of their adoptive country 👉 Riot in the streets to stay here illegally 👉 Illegally vote in elections 👉 Steal billions of $$ taxpayer money 👉 Create geographic carveouts for Sharia law compounds We are not the same! To emphasize all the points I made below, all I really needed to do was share this video. The far left tries so hard to claim the moral high ground - but they have lost the ability to do so. These asswipes, who claim to be against fascism, are actually the fascists. They want freedom of speech, but they restrict the independent press from covering their protests - because the only free speech they support - is their own.
