Very proud of my DOJ Civil Rights Division team today, arguing that the our federal civil rights laws do indeed require U.S. Department of Justice to obtain state voter registration lists—such as the ones in Oregon and California—to help states clean their voter rolls!

No American should live in fear because of his or her beliefs. In March, DOJ Civil Rights Division U.S. Department of Justice sued Harvard for tolerating antisemitic discrimination. Universities must not take taxpayer dollars while ignoring the abuse of Jewish students!

Harvard cannot continue to take taxpayer funds while turning a blind eye to racial & ethnic abuse against Jewish & Israeli students. Today, DOJ Civil Rights Division sued Harvard following an @HHSgov finding that the university violated Title VI by enabling antisemitism on its campus.

To those asking where the arrests are: MN state prosecutors could have made arrests yesterday. The DOJ must first go before a federal judge to obtain an arrest warrant. Make no mistake: Attorney General Pamela Bondi & U.S. Department of Justice will pursue federal charges in this case.
