Comprehensive renovations are transforming two AAMU residence halls as the University continues to build THE HILL of the future. Renovations at both Morris and Stephens halls include the addition of new elevators, efficient windows, new HVAC and electrical systems. Improved internet, all-new restrooms, and the replacement of fire alarm systems are also included in the project.
