😮💨 It’s been a minute since I’ve given a proper BRĒZ update. We’ve been head down - navigating the intense challenges and opportunities of scale, building, and expanding one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in one of the most promising new categories in the world. BRĒZ was bootstrapped with just $250K of our own money, and we’ve now closed ~$5M of our $20M target - our first and only raise to date. We adjusted our valuation to $150M post-money (previously $250M) for the first $10M tranche to reflect market conditions and re-engage early supporters. We expect the remaining $10M will close at a $200M post-money valuation. Over the past quarter, we navigated a brief cash flow crunch and partial revenue pullback as we reorganized to meet the scale of what’s next. We’ve since rebuilt stronger foundations, streamlined operations, and secured new investors and a major debt partner, giving us the working capital flexibility to meet the intense demands of scaling a national beverage brand. Through it all, we pulled off one of our largest expansions yet — launching our new functional line, now driving 35%+ of total sales in just two months, while scaling from 2,500 to 5,000+ retail doors.
