When we started Igloo APAC, we had one goal. Capture every Pudgy Penguins moment in a way that does it justice. That’s why RIC was one of our first hires. The guy who showed up, did the hard work on the ground, and never once asked for the credit. The muscles behind every event. Most of them have moved on now. And honestly, that makes me proud. 🤍 These people didn’t just do their jobs. They cared. They showed up. They helped build something real from nothing. Paths change. Teams evolve.
