On-deck routine might’ve been a little aggressive 😂⚾️ San Jose Giants Hayden Jatczak launched the bat into the top of the net before his first AB… it stayed there the whole inning. Lined out first AB. Homered next AB. Might have to start teaching this drill 🤣

J.D. Martinez has always been relentless about his PATH. Watch the top hand—tight turn, clean direction, barrel working through the middle. Elite hitters don’t get bored with the details. They OWN them. #CORE5 #HolisticHitting

That is actually perfect. Either walk away winning in Omaha or MFing umpires as they walk off the field. Proud of you 9. You fought for the NC State Baseball until the end. Elliott Avent

Rafael Devers. Fenway. One-hand work. Simple drill. Elite intent. It’s not about doing more… it’s about doing the right things, the right way. #hitting #baseball

$Seven weeks ago, Isaiah Barkett was hit in the face by a 90+mph fastball. Multiple fractures. Questions about his vision—and whether he’d play again. Last night, he had 3 hits in a championship game. What an incredible finish to a horrific seven weeks So proud. So grateful$

One of the greatest things I ever witnessed from Elliott Avent had nothing to do with baseball. During COVID, when our friend and teammate Chris Combs was battling ALS in hospice, we were told we couldn’t go see him. Elliott Avent wouldn’t accept that. Here is the story…

Nobody talks about this part… Backfields. 100° heat. No sleep. No answers. Just a fight for a spot. This is where careers are made—or lost. If you can’t handle the grind, you won’t survive the game. We train this inside Holistic Hitting. DM “CORE” to get started
