I have received several questions from people asking about visiting & investing in Cape Verde. Yes, Cape Verde is absolutely visa free for Nigerians. you only need a flight & hotel. You just need to pre register online for €30 around ₦50,000 before you travel. I will add the link below in the thread. You can also register at the airport with the immigration authorities and show your return ticket. In terms of accommodation, it is quite expensive. Decent Hotels can be up to €50 to €100 (₦160k) per night in the capital city Praia. There are very fancy restaurants as well as local Nigerian restaurants in the Sucupira area where you can find delicious Egusi & Okro. Except you are visiting from Switzerland, Cape Verde will give you one of the best vacations of your life due to the beauty and peaceful nature of the islands. I highly recommend renting a car and traveling to explore the islands 🌳🏔️. However, please note that Cape Verde can be very frustrating if you don’t speak Portuguese or their Kriolu dialect as almost nobody speaks English there. Even their supermarkets struggle with English. So for those who are going wife hunting, make sure your Portuguese is C1 level otherwise you are only going there to stare & come back to your Chioma & Zainabu 😮‍💨. As a woman, make sure your man does not visit Cape Verde without you oo. Toorh. 😂 It’s also good to note that Cape Verde is not a typical African vacation, it is very expensive, so be very ready to spend like you are on vacation in Europe. As for investors willing to buy properties, I have met foreigners who own a house over there and the procedure is quite easy as the country is very investor friendly, I can give you more information if needed. Finally, If you need a cheap and affordable hotel, we have a cozy AirBnB in the capital Praia for €50 per night (+- ₦78,000) . I will add the video to this thread and you can contact me for booking and probably discount whenever you are visiting. More rooms will be made available in the future. Cape Verde is one of the best countries I have ever visited. A proper retirement home. I hope to buy lands & build houses here. Cape Verde is the future 🇨🇻🫶🏽

Yesterday, I visited one of the prominent car dealers in the Netherlands to facilitate the purchase of a beautiful Mercedes for exceptionally cheap price. The car was so cheap that the buyer wanted to explore more cars. Unfortunately, our containers to Nigeria are full at the moment. The car will be shipped alongside our other cars (Yaris & KIA) that will arrive Nigeria in August. We will be loading this month & will deliver and offer all the cars for sale in August. In the next container, I will include about 5 KIA Picanto/Morning and as usual, at very affordable prices (Around 1million+ less than the average prices I see online).

This Morning, I completed the purchase of a 2009 Toyota Yaris Automatic. The 2nd car to be included in the test shipment of the small business I am creating to offer cheap quality cars to civil servants. The car will be duty cleared, delivered & ready to drive direct from Holland to your house in Tarauni or Ikorodu for the region of just 5 Million naira. The car has already been exported to Nigeria systematically as in the last frame. Since I posted these cars, I have received several offers. Some people even offered above 1 Million naira more than the asking price just to reserve it for themselves. However, at this stage, I do not want to collect anybody’s money before the cars arrive in Nigeria. I do not want to feel obliged to update you where your car is or having to explain any delays at this point. This is a testing phase and once the cars arrive, they will be released to the market. In the coming days, I will target other varieties to secure as many cars as I can before the container departure date. May the Almighty help us.

He also demanded a probe to find out who commanded the security forces to be withdrawn moments prior to the Kebbi school kidnapping. Guess what? The Senators rejected the motion. Nobody talks about the longevity of Sheikh Abdul-Rahman Sudais. We all grew up listening to Sudais and many people memorized the Qur’an through his recitation. After over 40 years as Imam of Masjid Al Haram, he is still going till today. At an age where many voices begin to fade, Sheikh Sudais recitation still carries a rare brilliance. Time has neither touched his voice nor the soul within his tilawah. A truly unique individual, May he continue to live long.
