🗣️ Urgent Appeal ‼️: Prevent the Deportation of 48 Uyghurs from Thailand to China! We urgently call on governments and international organizations to take immediate action regarding the fate of 48 Uyghurs detained in Thailand for 13 years under illegal and inhumane conditions. Reports have emerged that they may soon face deportation to #China🇨🇳. The Uyghur people in Chinese-occupied East #Turkistan (#Xinjiang) are suffering ongoing genocide. If forcibly returned, these Uyghurs will face torture, persecution, and execution—just as many of our kin have before them. These individuals fled Chinese oppression in search of freedom and safety. We demand the Thai government immediately halt any deportation plans and release these Uyghurs, allowing them to seek refuge in a third country. Sending them back to China would violate international human rights laws and make Thailand complicit in China’s genocide. We cannot allow history to repeat itself. In 2015, 109 Uyghurs were forcibly handed over to China from Thailand, and their fate remains unknown. Now, Thai authorities are attempting to deport 48 #Uyghurs, who are at risk of facing the same horrifying fate. The Brutal Reality of 2009: The Massacre of Uyghurs in East Turkistan This footage shows Chinese 🇨🇳 illegal settlers armed with weapons, searching for and hunting down Uyghurs in the streets of Urumqi during the July 2009 unrest. The Uyghurs who were caught by these mobs were brutally lynched in broad daylight. This is a clear depiction of the state-sponsored terrorism against the Uyghur people. Since the occupation of East Turkistan in 1949, the Uyghurs and other Turkic peoples have been facing a continuous genocide carried out by the Chinese government and government-backed illegal Chinese settlers.

Over the last 74 years, the #Uyghurs have endured numerous oppressions under the #Chinese 🇨🇳 government. Without the establishment of an independent #Uyghur state, the lives of Uyghurs and other Turkic people cannot be guaranteed. Communist #China must end its colonization of East #Turkistan.

If #China 🇨🇳 is genuinely concerned about #Palestine, it must prioritize the immediate return of over 800,000 Uyghur, #Kazakh, #Kyrgyz, and other Turkic children to their families.
