Why Rahul Dravid was the greatest of the coach and mentor because Number 1 he was well educated No2 he was honest and dedicated No3 his loyalty his sence of the game was unmatched. I still remember when he first travelled with Indian under19 team for World Cup he said For me every player is important and to provide chances to each and everyone is important for me then winning this world Cup. Later he not only won the world cup but proved his words and every player got fair chances. Young Muhammed Huzaifa who took 5 wickets for just 7 runs against Japan in last Asia cup under19 was never given chance again to play for Pakistan under 19 after that match. If he was not good why he was selected for National team and if if he is good to take 5 wickets then why ignored badly after that match. He also has taken 19 wickets in regional under 19 event and selected for Asia cup but without given chance he is dropped again from next event. Why? This is not the way to treat children at under 19 level especially from small areas. Instead of motivation and develop their skills and making them valuable these illiterate coaches and management destroying the youngsters and ruining their career.
