On Saturday, 21st March, at around 10:00 AM, an SRC member named Dylan was reportedly abducted at Chinhoyi University of Technology (CUT). It is alleged that he was later rescued by his mother, who is believed to be a senior official affiliated with ZANU PF. Following Dylan’s abduction, another student, Daniel Mandizvidza, a ZINASU🇿🇼 member known for his vocal opposition to the “2030 agenda”, also went missing later that same day at approximately 6:00 PM. Daniel, who runs a podcast where students openly discuss political and governance issues, reportedly disappeared after leaving to buy something from nearby shops. As of now, other students who were reportedly in contact with Dylan are said to be in hiding. There are claims that they are being pursued by state agents, allegedly with the involvement of the Chinhoyi provincial police. Additionally, there are unverified reports suggesting that Dylan’s mother may have been pressured to compel him to record a video denying that he was abducted. As we speak it is alleged that a docket to arrest these boys has been opened. The young & brave students have vowed to continue to speak even under these difficulties. #NoTo2030
