What is going on with women? It’s no longer men who abuse kids but now their mothers too ? A mother is supposed to be one of the safest people a child can run to, so hearing about a mother being arrested for allegedly abusing her own 3 year old daughter is honestly disturbing. A child that young cannot protect herself, cannot fully understand what is happening, and cannot simply walk away from an abusive situation. How does anyone look at a little child and choose to hurt her? Whether it is a man or a woman, abuse is abuse. Children deserve protection, love and safety, especially inside their own homes. This is heartbreaking and honestly makes you wonder what is happening to people.

It was that confidence shouldn’t be postponed. You can be on a fitness journey and still dress well. You can work on your body and still appreciate it. You can want to lose your tummy without believing it makes you unworthy of looking beautiful today. Some people also felt I was telling women to hide their stomachs. That wasn’t my point either. My point was that clothes are designed differently, and understanding your body type helps you choose styles that complement your shape. That’s not about hiding your body. It’s about knowing how to dress it. Loving yourself doesn’t cancel self improvement, and self improvement shouldn’t require self hatred. That’s the conversation I was trying to start. 🤍
