Acurast contributors joined the OKX AI Hackathon to prove what's possible when AI agents can securely execute real code with no cloud, no trust assumptions. The result: the Acurast Confidential TEE agent on the OKX AI Marketplace. It runs Shell or Python inside a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) on Acurast's decentralized phone network. Every execution is confidential, verifiable, and paid seamlessly via x402.

The workflow is identical to any cloud server. What changes is the host isn't a data center. Workloads execute inside the phone's secure element with hardware-level confidential execution, hidden from the host OS and the device owner.
