A mentally disabled individual was already receiving disability pension before biometric authentication was introduced. Due to his medical condition, he is unable to cooperate with biometric procedures. His Aadhaar was later cancelled due to thumb failure, and the pension was stopped. The family has no permanent house and is currently living in a temporary rented shelter on the outskirts, facing severe hardship. I humbly request consideration of this case through manual verification and biometric or Aadhaar exemption, so that the disability pension may be restored on humanitarian grounds.
