End of an era. After 3 good years on Framer, we moved DesignMe to our own stack. Framer got us far, and I'd still recommend it for a lot of teams. But the more we grew, the more we needed control: over the code, structure and speed of testing and shipping new things. So, we rebuilt everything from scratch in Astro. In May, our last redesign took me 4 weeks and roughly 300 hours to create 41 pages. This one: 228 pages in 4 days. The speed is just unmatched. 116 old URLs mapped, 43 redirects, 0 broken links. 20 case studies, 19 articles, 4 free tools, light and dark mode, and a design system that finally makes sense. The best part: the whole site runs in Claude now. New page, copy change, quick fix? We ask, review, and ship. No waiting on someone to open an editor. And if I need something visual, I jump into Figma, mock it up, and ship with an MCP. It's the same setup we now build for our clients (which is exactly why we had to run our own site on it first). Really proud of the team and how fast we're moving now. DesignMe 2.0 is live ↓

Meet the new DesignMe This redesign has been on the backlog forever. Client work always came first, the team was busy, and our own site kept getting pushed to “later”. So I finally sat down and built it myself. Took 4 weeks and roughly 300 hours. But it’s finally live. The old site did the job, but it didn’t really show what DesignMe has become. The new site has 41 pages, 8 articles, deeper case studies, clearer services, and a much better foundation for where we’re going next. Really proud of the team and how far we've come. No more single landing pages and sticky sidebars. And this is just the beginning ↓

Looks like they didn't crack design yet, good. Can't wait to give it a proper test tomorrow

Website design for DevArmor. Client wanted a jungle-themed site for their security product, so we built an entire illustrated world around it. Custom scenes, animated product explainers, layered landscapes. All responsive in Webflow which was way harder than it looks.
