The dangers of vigil stacking, and you. A standard sprint burst cooldown is 40 seconds. A sprint burst cooldown on vigil is 24 seconds. A sprint burst cooldown with two vigils is 17-ish seconds (literally a heal timer). Apply this same logic to all other debuffs
