Today, I had the honor of standing with Saint Paul Public School students marching at the Capitol to support their neighbors who are being terrorized by the unlawful surge of ICE agents on our streets.

It is hard to be shocked by the cruelty and illegality of the Trump administration anymore, yet I am shocked that Trump is deliberately allowing 440,000 Minnesotans, to go hungry. I am taking the Trump administration to court to help feed people in need.

Tyrannical authoritarians do not like freedom of the press. Georgia Fort and Don Lemon were arrested for documenting the truth here in Minnesota and that is an outrage. It is time for all us to stand up in opposition to Trump's regime.

Today, I joined with Mayor Jacob Frey and Mayor Her to announce a joint lawsuit to end the unlawful and unprecedented surge of ICE agents in Minnesota. People are being racially profiled, harassed, terrorized, and assaulted. It has to stop.

Trump's Administration is trying to overwhelm people's ability to respond to their illegal actions. They've admitted it. We cannot let them steamroll our democracy. Speak out, share your story, call lawmakers, and engage in peaceful protest. I'll be working right alongside you.

I'm suing the federal government for access to evidence in the shootings of Renee Good, Alex Pretti, and Julio Sosa-Celis. It's astonishing this lawsuit is even necessary, but in Minnesota, nobody is above the law.

Exciting news! Our bill, the MAP Act, passed in both the House and Senate and is headed to the Governor's desk to be signed into law. This will give my office more resources to fight fraud and protect vulnerable Minnesotans.
