For the love of God, please show some compassion Islamabad Police. I just got back from the press club, it is freezing out there. What is the logic of denying them food & barring ppl from giving peaceful protesters, from Baluchistan, blankets. This is cruel & devoid of any reasoning.

Mainstream Media has been compelled to remain silent on the letter written by 6 Judges on the Islamabad High Court to the Supreme Judicial Council. It is upon us to raise our voice & express support for these Judges. We demand SJC to convene & for judicial convention to be held.

It is a fact that Anti Terror Laws have been used & abused by the government, from time to time. The Islamabad Police had the audacity to charge Imaan Zainab Mazari-Hazir & Abdul Hadi with 7 ATA, merely for removing a barrier which is shameful, to say the least. No one is above the law, if a crime has been committed, the gov should prosecute the accused but NOT persecute. I speak with Matiullah Jan Sb & share my thoughts on the issue.

We all must raise our voice against enforced disappearance & demand that all those in State’s custody be produced before the court of law. It also needs to be appreciated that the grievances of the people of #Balochistan are legitimate & must not be dismissed. #SaveRashidHussain
