Addressing the root cause of the #Yemen conflict means degrading and deterring the threat posed by Iran and the Houthis to the region and international trade. Stability at sea ensures stability on land, and that requires strong alliances and collective action. Based on this I firmly support the actions taken by our allies, the US & the UK to bring about peace through strength in the Red Sea and beyond.

I conclude my participation at #WEF25. I led on engagements with international partners and agencies on regional security, and the economic recovery to improve the livelihoods and prosperity for my people. Through bilateral meetings and strategic dialogues, I am keen to actively contribute solutions for key global challenges, including through a comprehensive strategy to bring an end to the #Yemen conflict.
