𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗮𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗴𝘀𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗘𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗢𝗨 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝟮𝟰 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗱. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth said in Brussels today that Iran must "give away their nuclear material" AND "close nuclear facilities" or the strikes restart. The MOU Donald J. Trump signed 24 hours ago at Versailles requires NEITHER. This is bizarre... 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘃𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀... 1. "Give away their material." The text says on-site down-blending under IAEA - International Atomic Energy Agency ⚛️ supervision, eventually, by a "method to be agreed later." Iran has already said publicly it will NOT ship its enriched uranium abroad. 2.. "Close nuclear facilities." The text says Iran keeps the "status quo" of its program through the 60 days. ZERO closures. 3... "Give up nuclear ambitions." Enrichment is punted to "a framework to be agreed in the final deal." NOT now. Maybe never. Giving up ambitions is not a real goal as it cannot be measured. They have guild 40+ years of their national identity around this nuclear technology... 4.... "Give up nuclear weapons." A pledge Iran has repeated for nearly 40+ years. NOTHING new on the page. But why say this now? Why describe a freeze as a surrender? Why narrate concessions the document does NOT contain? Whats the logic here? Because the MOU carries NO binding nuclear obligation for the next 60 days beyond "maintain status quo." The ONLY enforcement mechanism is the threat Hegseth just made out loud. The words ARE the teeth. Because the text has none. Trump told reporters the same week that the enriched stockpile is "much less important" and "very hard to get at." Hegseth in front of the plane in Brussels AND the paper that were signed are NOT describing the same deal. 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿 The document bought what I call a deferral. The messaging sells the Victory before July 4th celebrations. - Audience ONE. A regime that gave up NOTHING yet. They read the text. They know the text. They will hold the line. - Audience TWO. An American public staring at at least a $35 to $45+ BILLION war bill, Hormuz fuel prices, and the midterm elections. They hear "give away," "close," "give up." They will believe a Victory was won. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 NOT Friday's ceremony in Switzerland. NOT the press conferences. NOT the "framework" announcements. The FIRST technical session on enrichment. It either produces an agreed down-blending method, OR it produces the first "Iran is NOT doing what it said" presser. Whichever comes first tells you if this holds and whether they were genuine at all... This is Signal that the Hegseth-Versailles gap is the operational tell, that the document bought a deferral while the messaging sells a victory, and that the first technical session on enrichment is the indicator that resolves which audience the administration was actually speaking to. Signal, Not Noise!!
