This is the pathetic reality of turning a blind eye to science and law. Gir is overflowing, inbreeding is rampant, and conflict is exploding. The Supreme Court's 2013 order to shift lions to Kuno was blatantly ignored, forcing me to file a contempt petition in the SC. Still,no action has been taken. Gujarat Govt: Lions belong to the NATION, not just your ego. You refuse to share lions but want MP's tigers? The double standards are disgusting.WAKE UP #lions #Gir MoEF&CC! Shocking lawlessness in Satpura Tiger Reserve! A Forest SDO caught on camera feeding/taming a wild deer(Sambhar). This is a blatant violation of Sec 9 & Sec 38J of Wildlife Protection Act (WPA), 1972. Officers are meant to enforce the law, not treat wild fauna as private pets! Strict action must be taken immediately! All of this is happening while the forest department is under the Chief Minister. A shameful situation. Cheetahs from Kuno are increasingly venturing near villages, preying on local livestock like goats and calves. With tracking teams herding them along like domestic animals, some free-ranging cheetahs appear solely dependent on livestock for survival. Forest Department must strengthen and streamline the compensation process immediately to address local grievances and prevent public anger. #KunoNationalPark #Cheetah Chief Minister, MP PMO India National Tiger Conservation Authority MoEF&CC Department of Forest, MP

Offering water or milk to #cheetahs by villagers is not a good sign for #wildlife conservation. This may lead to dangerous consequences. As usual, the forest is undisturbed. Chief Minister, MP National Tiger Conservation Authority PMO India Kuno National Park Collector Sheopur
