This is a message to FIFA , FIFA World Cup , and White House FIFA Task Force : The Lion and Sun flag represents the history, culture, and identity of millions of Iranians. It is a national symbol that existed long before the Islamic Republic and remains a source of pride for Iranians around the world. If FIFA wishes to take a position on politics, then it should also speak out about the persecution of Iranian athletes and footballers. Where is FIFA’s voice for former Iranian national team goalkeeper Rashid Mazaheri, who has reportedly been detained after publicly criticizing the regime? Where is FIFA’s voice for Rebin (Robin) Moradi, the 17-year-old youth football player who was killed during the recent protests in Iran? (The Times of Israel) ( Football cannot claim to stand for human rights while ignoring the suffering of Iranian players and supporters. You may ban a flag from a stadium, but you cannot erase the history, culture, and identity it represents. I hope everyone sees this, specially those who claim that they are against the war. I would only trust my family to Americans and Israelis, not anyone else. The pope also needs to stfu and go pray in a corner. Absolute tool for the globalists! What a shame catholics, what a shame! P.S. since eventually we’ll need boots on the ground. I would’ve loved to join the army for the operations but they rejected due to insufficient training and lengthy requirements specially since the operational teams have been chosen since a long time ago, but if anyone got connections to the Army or the WH please reach out to me, I can and are willing to help, even for free! #FreeIran , end the islamic regime.
