REFLECTING POOL WATCH: Crews are rushing to vacuum out algae from the bottom of the newly-renovated site between the Lincoln Memorial and Washington Monument in time for July 4 celebrations in two weeks. Inside a container, the water appears clear. The clean-up crews say they hope the overall pond will look blue again soon with the nanobubbler technology in effect for cleansing.
