During the last Ramadan, I met an elderly brother. We discussed life and then I learned he lives in Ebute Metta, where I used to live. The incident at the mosque where we met sparked a conversation about spreading Sunnah (proper Islamic teachings) in our local masjids. He mentioned that he and Egbon Sunny Alli pray together at a mosque where proper Islamic teachings are taught. After attending that mosque, He began practising Islam properly. This made me very happy because I know Egbon Sunny Alli personally, he’s our Egbon adugbo and his younger brother is my friend. We beg Allah to keep us steadfast in His deen accept our acts of ibadah and grant us the best in this life and the hereafter. Aameen
