Reading about the Iranian aerial bombardment of US Camp Buehring in Kuwait reminded me of this clip of an Iranian F-4 Phantom engaging in a low-altitude bombing run against Iraqi forces during the Iran-Iraq War. Seems like Iran have long used this tactic to great effect.
