I asked Henrik Zeberg where he sees gold by 2030. His answer was $30,000-35,000 an ounce. Sounds crazy but he's looking at what happened in 77-80 when real stagflation hit. I asked Ben what he thinks plays out over the next few years in crypto. He thinks we're in a bear market right now and it probably lasts through October, maybe ending as early as this summer. At some point something scares the Fed into loosening policy. They cut rates, maybe start printing again, try to run things hot. That gets us a rally into 2027. But 2028 is where it gets ugly. Election year uncertainty, layoffs finally catching up, and a Fed that's been too cautious to cut aggressively because they kept waiting for a tariff inflation spike that never came. Where he stands now: Inflation stays higher for longer. The US can't stop spending (defense alone is going from $900bn to $1.5T), so it's structural, not transitory.
